A combination of, cold calling B2B, fearlessness, and aggressive sales skills are required for this position. 2+ years inside sales experience preferred. Candidates must be capable of identifying and reaching out to key decision makers and present a clear message about the business results and value that Our Company provides our clients. We will train candidates to understand this message and our effective sales process. We need a champion who is accustomed to a high activity environment.

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Cold calling business owners and key decision-makers in companies across the province.
  • Manage a pipeline of qualified prospects using company CRM
  • Meet daily activity targets and monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Maximize sales opportunities by scheduling appointments
  • Must host regular, effective and efficient virtual presentations to clients
  • Become an ambassador of Grant Cardone Sales principles
  • Organized, Attention to detail and ability to document activities
  • Basic knowledge of common Social Media platforms.
  • Fearlessness and the ability to make cold calls and set appointments for outside reps.

Skills Required

  • Must have excellent client management skills
  • A positive attitude -- "cannot" does not exist in your vocabulary
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, & handle and prioritize requests
  • Ability to communicate effectively with business owners and high level executives
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment


COMPENSATION:

  • Monthly base salary plus commission structure

  • Opportunity to travel for training and conferences
The sales cycle requires Sales and Representatives to research potential clients and to communicate via telephone, as well as through some written correspondence. This also requires the ability to work on a team with an outside sales representative. This is Not an Account Management.
